The Villas at Green Valley Assisted Living and Memory Care Neighborhood offers tremendous value to our residents and their families. Care is our top priority, with certified and experienced caregivers. We provide 2 caregivers for no more than 20 residents (1:5 ratio) from 7am – 7pm, and 1 caregivers for no more than 10 residents (1:10 ratio with an auxiliary caregiver) from 7pm – 7am. Our neighborhood is operated by a professional, knowledgeable and experienced management team. Our unique and preferred home setting, with only 10 residents in each home, provides security, comfort and a sense of belonging. We offer all the amenities and services of a large organization without being an institution. Our rates are very affordable. We provide a better quality of life and a more affordable alternative to having your loved one receive in-home healthcare. We challenge you to find another assisted living and memory care home or facility that provides you with this combination of care, service, setting, and amenities at a more affordable price.

Additional Support: Support that extends beyond daily care
Care at The Villas is supported by a network of trusted medical, therapeutic, and community partners who work alongside our team to provide additional services as needs arise. Many supporters are available on-site or coordinated within the community to reduce disruption and maintain continuity. Our role is to help families navigate these services thoughtfully, so care remains familiar, organized, and responsive.
Additional services such as podiatry, lab services, pharmacy coordination, wellness services, hospice, and wound care can be arranged based on individual needs. While these services are provided by outside vendors and are not included in our base services, our team helps coordinate them so families are not left navigating care alone.
