The Villas at Green Valley Assisted Living and Memory Care Neighborhood is locally owned and operated. The owners take pride in providing a safe, warm home-like environment, as well as ensuring the residents have the best care possible at an affordable price.

Q: What does the price include?

The price includes, but is not limited to, assistance with all activities of daily living (ADLs), accommodations, three home cooked meals a day, snacks available all day, laundry, administering medications, neighborhood activities, and entertainment.

Q: What do you do if you see signs of dementia? Does it cost extra?

We do not operate on a point system for care. In almost all cases, resident rates quoted at the time of move in remain the same.

Q: Will my mom have to move if her level of care changes significantly?

You can rest assured that once your mom becomes a resident we are equipped to take care of them regardless of the changes in their health.

Q: I live out of state but am not happy with my dad’s current environment. Can you help?

Absolutely. We can take care of a transfer for you. We will coordinate and assist the transfer every step of the way. You can rest assured we will make certain your parent will have a smooth transition to our home.

Q: What is the difference between assisted and independent living?

Assisted living residents require more help with their Activities Daily Living (ADLs), as well as medication and supervisory care.

Q: Do you provide short term/temporary care?

We do provide respite care, otherwise known as short term/temporary care. We can also provide care to residents who are in need of hospice.

Q: I have special nutritional needs – what types of diets can you accommodate?

We can accommodate everyone’s nutritional needs, including low salt, diabetic, gluten free and lactose free just to name a few.

Q: What if my mom has a doctor’s appointment?

If a family member is unable to take your mom to the doctor, we will coordinate a private transportation provider to drive and accompany your mom to her appointment.

Q: How will my dad’s laundry be handled?

We do laundry for each resident weekly; however, we do residents laundry more often if needed. All laundry is done separately from other residents.

Q: Can my family and friends come and eat with me?

Of course.They are welcome anytime.We have a large, beautifully decorated private dining room in each home if friends and family want to come and share a meal and/or have a celebration (birthday, anniversary, etc.)

Q: Can I bring my own furniture and other special items?

Absolutely.We encourage you to bring your own furniture or any other special items you wish to have, INCLUDING YOUR PET!*

Q: I am a veteran – can I live here?

Yes. We have specialists that will assist you in applying for VA benefits.
